Do screen enclosures need a permit to be installed?



Yes, in Florida you are required to obtain a permit, to build a pool or patio enclosure. Finos Screen will take care of obtaining permission to screen the porch or pool for you.



Will a screen enclosure withstand a hurricane?



Yes, our screen enclosures are built to withstand hurricane force winds, however over time the fasteners degrade and the enclosure becomes weaker. It is very important before the hurricane season to check the fasteners and replace them if necessary.
